Our expertise in computer technology, web site development, and search engine optimization are focused towards helping our clients develop an ongoing, professional online presence. With over twelve years of experience in website design and over thirty years of computer experience, our company can improve your business's bottom line.
Our web team includes a varying degree of skill sets and age ranges. Our team at Coastal Web Services includes a little bit of everything, from the old computer geek to the college-aged techie who lives and breathes the latest technological wonders.

Mike - President Mike has been running computer companies since 1991 and has been involved in the computer services industry since 1979. With his experience in management, IT support (mainframes, supercomputers, small scale, PC and Mac), programming, sales, customer support, and computer training, Mike can help his clients discover the best solutions for their needs.

Jennifer - Business Development Jennifer graduated from the University of Tampa in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a minor in Communications. She worked abroad in Australia as a Marketing Director for a health company. Jennifer also worked in Business Development for a Maryland-based health company. Jennifer also heads the sales department at Coastal Web Services.

Jon - Website Development Jon is responsible for the creation and maintenance of our client's webpage’s. He has developed complex websites using some of the latest internet technologies including Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, XHTML, and HTML. Jon also assists our clients with domain name acquisitions and hosting issues. He is currently in his last semester at Towson University and is working towards a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration.

Megan - Website Marketing Megan graduated from Salisbury University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications and a minor in Art. With a background in journalism and a knack for design, she is assisting with website marketing, Coastal Web's newsletter, and web-based social networking.

Lisa - Web Assistant Lisa is currently an undergrad student at Towson University. She provides support in developing and updating websites for some of our projects. She also helps out with miscellaneous projects around the office.

Anne - Text Writer Anne is an Emmy award-winning former journalist who graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism, cum laude. She has been writing in one capacity or another for 22 years. She worked behind the scenes in TV at KOMU in Columbia, MO; WWAY in Wilmington, NC; WCBD in Charleston, SC and WGHP in High Point, NC. She currently writes web content for Coastal Web Services, and writes news releases for a local private school. Anne also has impeccable proofreading skills and Internet research expertise.

Terri - Computer Trainer Terri has been developing and delivering computer software training classes to many different commercial and government clients for the past 15 years. She teaches beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels of Microsoft Office training as well as several other business software applications.

Matt - Flash Designer Matt designs Flash for customer's websites. He has been designing Flash for websites and presentations for serveral years. Flash is a combination of photographs, text, images, background colors and movies that are pieced togeather for a short prestation to be added to your website. It can enhance overall image as well as educate and impress your web surfing visitors. Whether you are selling your services, merchandise, training or just ideas flash could be an enhancement for your existing or new site design.
